  • These camps are designed specifically for 4th–8th graders who want to become the fastest, most explosive athletes on the field. Whether your child is just starting out or already plays sports, we build a rock-solid foundational speed base that delivers undebatable results and long-term gains.

  • We specialize in high-performance sprint-based training. Your child learns proper sprint mechanics, acceleration, agility, and explosive power the right way, not just random drills. We prioritize the central nervous system and mechanics in everything that we do.

  • Most kids notice they feel faster and move better after the very first week. With consistent attendance, they build measurable speed gains in acceleration, top-end speed, and game quickness, which gets measured and tracked during each session.

  • Yes — 100%. All drills are age-appropriate, technique-focused, and progress safely. We emphasize proper form, dynamic warm-ups/activation/potentiation, and foundational strength to reduce injury risk and keep your child healthy and confident as they develop. The more we prioritize the central nervous system the safter athletes get!

  • Athletic clothes, running shoes, a water bottle, and lots of energy! We provide all cones, hurdles, and equipment. Just show up ready to have fun and get faster.

  • We keep groups small (limited to 16 spots per session) so coaches can give real coaching feedback. Your child gets personalized cues to lock in proper sprint mechanics and speed development.

  • Perfectly. The sessions are short, high-energy, and focused on speed that directly transfers to football, soccer, basketball, track, or any sport. Many families use these camps as the perfect off-season or in-season boost.
